The Inspirational Woman Award winners will be assessed by an independent panel of judges in New Zealand, all of whom are passionate about empowering female leaders and advocating to eradicate domestic violence.

Meet our 2026 judges

  • Tracey Roxburgh - Chair Judge

    Editor of the Mountain Scene, community voice, and inspiring female leader. Tracey has supported the event as a judge, sponsor, and fundraiser for the last four years. She is now a trustee of Inspirational Women Trust.

  • Tina Mongston

    A long-time local Social Services professional, Tina is the General Manager of Central Lakes Family Services. Tina has supported this event as a judge for the last four years.

  • Julia Střelou

    Author and advocate for female empowerment, Julia is the organiser of this event and has been a judge for the last four years.

  • Tiffany Baird

    New to the 2026 judging panel, Tiffany Baird is a social worker at Gore & Clutha Whanau Refuge. Tiffany is a passionate advocate for creating change around family violence.

  • Simone Claire

    The Executive Manager at Ōtepoti Dunedin Whānau Refuge, Simone is passionate about supporting women and children escaping whānau family violence. Simone has supported the event as a judge for the last three years.

    Kate Dear

    Chief People & Capability Officer for Medenterprises and Licensed Immigration Adviser, Kate is passionate about gender equality and giving other females the tools they need to thrive in the corporate world. Kate has supported the event as a judge for the last two years.
